Bosch Sensortec BME680 is an integrated 4-in-1 environmental sensor combining gas, humidity, barometric pressure and temperature measurement in a compact metal-lid package. It targets mobile and wearable devices and can support indoor air-quality applications when paired with Bosch BSEC software.

BME680 integrates gas, relative humidity, absolute pressure and temperature sensing. Operating ranges: −40…+85 °C, 0–100% RH and 300–1100 hPa. Typical currents at 1 Hz: 2.1 µA H/T, 3.1 µA P/T and 3.7 µA H/P/T; sleep current 0.15 µA. Humidity accuracy tolerance ±3% RH and hysteresis ±1.5% RH; pressure RMS noise 0.12 Pa, sensitivity error ±0.25% and temperature coefficient ±1.3 Pa/K. Gas response time <1 s for new sensors; the sensor supports direct IAQ index output when used with Bosch BSEC software. Bosch lists RoHS, halogen-free and MSL1 compliance.
